Welcome to Eazy Receipt ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (the "Service") and any related services provided by us. Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal and business information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

Our Service provides tools to generate, download, and save receipts and invoices, manage products and inventory, configure tax rules (including GST for Indian businesses), and collaborate within organizations and teams. You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you or your organization members input into the Service (including customer details, business information, product data, and tax information). Eazy Receipt does not independently verify, validate, or certify any such data.
• You agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• You agree not to use the Service in violation of any applicable export control, sanctions, or trade laws.
• Data entered for generating receipts and invoices remains on your device unless you are signed in and choose to save. When you save, we securely store only the required receipt, invoice, business, product, inventory, and tax configuration information in our cloud systems so you and your authorized organization members can access it later.
• You are responsible for configuring tax settings (including GST rates, GSTIN details, and place-of-supply rules) correctly and for ensuring that any documents generated using the Service comply with the tax, accounting, and record-keeping laws that apply to you.
• Any automatic calculations provided by the Service, including GST or other tax calculations, are based on the information you provide and are offered as a convenience only. They do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice, and you remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these calculations complies with all applicable government rules and regulations.
• If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to the corresponding plan terms, billing cycles, and payment obligations presented at the time of checkout.

4. Account Registration and Security

Certain features of the Service, including saving data across sessions, managing organizations, or accessing paid plans, may require you to create an account and provide accurate and complete registration information. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether performed by you or by others. You agree to notify Eazy Receipt promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Eazy Receipt and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Service (in whole or in part) if we believe that you have violated these Terms, used the Service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner, or failed to pay applicable fees for a paid plan.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may disable or restrict access to your account. Any retention or deletion of your data following termination will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge you the subscription fees and any applicable taxes on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle presented at checkout.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account or billing settings provided in the Service; cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

Depending on your country or region, local consumer protection or subscription laws may grant you additional rights. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.  We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.  We do not warrant that any tax calculations (including GST), reports, or documents generated through the Service are complete, accurate, or compliant with the specific requirements of your jurisdiction. You should consult a qualified professional for legal, tax, or accounting advice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eazy Receipt, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) any data you or your organization members submit or configure in the Service, including customer, business, product, or tax information; (c) any incorrect tax, billing, or regulatory configuration within the Service; or (d) your failure to comply with applicable laws, tax rules, or record-keeping requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eazy Receipt or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or other damages whatsoever arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree that the courts located in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
